深部开采高应力软岩巷道支护技术研究

Research on Supporting Technology of Soft Rock Roadway with High Stress in Deep Mining Condition

摘要: 以开滦集团唐山矿软岩条件下T1493风道绕道和T1493溜子道绕道的支护作为研究对象,通过现场地质详查对软岩巷道的工程地质力学性质进行评价分析,并采用理论分析、数值模拟相结合的研究方法,研究了深部开采软岩巷道高应力环境下巷道的失稳机理,确定了巷道的支护参数,保障了巷道在开采过程中的安全性,为其他矿井在相似地质条件下的软岩巷道支护提供一定技术借鉴。

Abstract: With the increasing depth of underground coal mining, deep rock stress constantly complicated, especially in soft rock roadway. Combining Tangshan Kailuan Coal Mine Group, through the soft rock under conditions of T1493 and T1493 Bypass Roadways as the research object, through in-site geological structure detection, the evaluation of engineering geomechanics was made. The comprehensive methods, which included theoretical analysis and numerical simulation methods were applied here to analyze the disability mechanism of soft rock roadway in high stress condition. A reasonable supporting design was putted forward to ensure the safety in mining. Our research has provide to achieve a scientific effects and could provide a technical reference for other mines in similar geological conditions.
